With over 26 years of professional speaking experience, he has traveled across the United States delivering powerful messages rooted in mindset, purpose, and structured thinking. For more than 14 years, he has also been an author, believing that ideas and written words have the power to change lives and build legacy.
Dr. McClain holds a Doctorate in Religion and Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Leadership and Counseling. He also leads The Executive Leadership Council, a private monthly roundtable for business owners focused on leadership, authority, and disciplined decision-making.
